Long Term Care
Beechtree Nursing Home offers Long Term Residential Care to Residents who may be physically frail including those with Dementia, Psychiatric Illness or who may require End of Life or Palliative Care. We are very mindful that moving into a facility for Long Term Care can be a daunting experience for families and Residents. Our Staff are experienced in helping with this transition providing help and support to both the Resident and their family.
Short Term Care
There may be a requirement by a family member for short term care for their loved one following surgery (convalescence) or the need for respite care while the primary carer goes on leave. At Beechtree we can provide short term care specific to the Resident’s needs.
Dementia Care
Since 2004, Beechtree has cared for Residents with dementia for short term and long term care. We work with the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland along with the Psychiatry of Old Age team and Geriatricians as required. Our dedicated staff are trained in this area to deliver Resident specific care based on the Residents individual needs.
